Sending a booking request does not reserve a property. Every request is subject to availability confirmation by BDK Realty. We will contact you using the details you provide to discuss your requested dates and confirm whether we can host your stay.
Price and payment
Prices shown on the website are starting prices or estimates, not a final charge. We will confirm the final price and arrange payment after confirming availability. No payment is taken when you submit a booking request.
Cancellations
We will provide the cancellation terms for your stay when we confirm availability, before payment is arranged. Please review those terms before you proceed with a confirmed booking.
