When do I pay, and when is my booking confirmed?
We confirm availability and the final price before arranging payment; no payment is taken when you send a request. Your stay is only confirmed once we have agreed the booking details with you.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in and check-out times depend on the property and will be shared when we confirm your stay. If you need an early arrival or late departure, mention it in your request and we will check what is possible.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stay requirements depend on the property and the dates you need. Academic and student enquiries can cover stays from one week to a full term; send your dates and we will confirm available options.
